Eugenio Berenga has been appointed as new CEO and President of Pibiplast. He succeeds Fabian Piaggio in the role of CEO and Giorgio Bosi as President. Mr. Berenga has 30 years of international experience in leading consulting companies and has successfully accompanied several companies and industrial groups in their transformation path, with particular attention to operations and supply chain management.
Founded in 1954 and based in Correggio (Reggio Emilia, Italy), Pibiplast is a renowned designer and manufacturer of plastic packaging solutions for make-up and personal care products. The company, which employs over 350 employees and serves more than 500 clients in 35 countries, has a turnover of over 60 million euros.
In his new role, Eugenio Berenga will have to consolidate the positioning of Pibiplast as a reference partner for cosmetic brands, strengthening operations and continuing to improve quality and service.
"Pibiplast is a leading company in the design and production of plastic packaging for make-up and personal care and I am honoured to be able to contribute to the evolution of this reality, born from the entrepreneurial intuition of the Bosi family and developed thanks to the contribution of Giorgio in particular,” he said in a statement.
Giorgio Bosi remains at the Board of Directors in addition to maintaining his position as a shareholder in the company’s capital.
