For those of you who know me, I have been an Avon Representative now for around 2 years. I started selling Avon for a couple of reasons, one of them being that I wanted to earn a bit more money whilst I was at uni, and the other was because I wanted to get better acquainted with Avon cosmetics to see what they were like.
Because I sell Avon products, I feel that I can be totally honest with what I think of them because I am able to try them out first hand, a little earlier than everyone else. Admittedly, Avon cosmetics are a little here and there quality wise but there are some absolute gems in their product line such as the Supershock eye pencils. I consider these lipsticks to be on par with the Supershock eye pencils in terms of quality!
I bought (from myself) two colours as shown above. The pink shade is called Pink Renewal and the coral shade is called Soft Coral. The colour options as shown in the Avon book are not normally a true representation of what the colours actually look like, when you see the product in real life. I thought these two were a safe bet because pinks and corals are pretty much my go to colours.
I was really surprised by the quality of these lipsticks. They go on really smoothly and have a soft texture, reminiscent of those that a MAC cremesheen would have. They feel quite moisturising too which is always a bonus!
Pink Renewal
As for colour pay off, these aren’t crazy pigmented but I like that about them. It means that I can wear them to work, or shopping or with a casual outfit and not feel like I’m sticking out like a sore thumb. For the darker colours in this range, they would be a great option for women looking to try something different and be a bit more adventurous with their makeup as they are noticeable for all the right reasons.
Soft Coral
I can’t see these being very long wearing, due to the creaminess and how soft they are but I don’t mind reapplying a couple of times a day so this really wouldn’t be an issue for me! I hate when I’m wearing a really matte lipstick and I start eating and I can’t get it off properly, ergh.
In my opinion, these have come out just in time for Spring and Summer as these are exactly the type of shades that us ladies will be reaching for in the warmer (eh? warm weather? what’s that?) seasons.
Thankyou so much for reading

I love these lipsticks! I could never get a comission while I was selling Avon though, I always bought more for me and ended up spending money haha
