Girls Night Out Makeup!

After much deliberation, my friends and I decided to have a girls night out as one of my best friends is home from Australia for the weekend so of course, we got the wine out and put some tunes on! Her flight was a little bit late so I offered to do her makeup for her so we had more time catching up. So in this post, I will share the make-up I did both on myself and my friend :)

I decided to keep mine pretty simple with a smokey neutral eye and a bold, statement lip.

The products I used on my face were as follows:

MAC Studio Sculpt foundation in NW25

Sonia Kashuk concealer squad

Bourjois chocolate bronzer

MAC Harmony blusher to contour

MAC soft and gentle to highlight

Nars Torrid blusher

The products I used on my eyes were as follows:

MAC paint pot in Painterly

Sleek brow kit in Light for my brows

MAC Soft Brown eyeshadow as my transition colour

MAC Swiss Chocolate blown out in the crease

darkest brown shade in the Stila In The Know palette

MAC Typographic in the outer v

MAC All that glitters on the lid

Swiss Chocolate smudged out along the lower lashline

MAC Blacktrack gel liner along my upper lashline

Benefit They’re Real Mascara

Red Cherry #43 lashes

The products I used on my lips were as follows

MAC Magenta Lip liner

MAC Rebel Lipstick

And here are a couple of before and after pictures of my friends makeup :)

I haven’t done anyone’s makeup in quite a while so it was a really nice change :) I don’t think of myself as a makeup artist at all, I just thought I’d help a friend out who was running late. I thought it would be worth sharing the pictures so there is something other than my face on here ha!

Just a quick overview of some of the things I used on her are as follows:

MAC Face and Body foundation

Makeup geek pigment in Nightlife

Benefit Hula to contour

Stila Kitten to highlight

MUA blusher in shade 3

The girls and I had a great night out, dancing away until 4 in the morning and ending the night with cheesy chips (always) it doesn’t get much better than that :)

Thanks so much for reading!
