Friday’s Face

DSCN0145

This weeks Friday’s face is simple with a pop of colour. I have used Yaby’s Mystery Fog as the main colour on my lid, blended out with some warm browns. If you’ve never tried any Yaby eyeshadows, you definitely should. They come in the cutest little magnetic pots and I think I got mine for like £2.50 each! Seriously, they have such a huge range of colours and they are brilliant quality. I also used an MUA blusher (I think it was in shade 02) and MAC’s matte bronze to contour my face a little bit.

This week has been a bit up and down for me. I’ve taken on more work on account of a girl at work leaving and I was asked to fill her role. Temporarily or not temporarily, the role had to be filled. At first I was proud to have been asked and confident in my ability to do everything I could to prove that I could do it, both to myself and everyone I work with. Then yesterday, I had my first meeting with people I have to learn to feel comfortable enough around in order to maintain some sort of relationship. Because that’s what my new ‘role’ is all about. So now I’m feeling a little unsure and worried.

On the other hand, this week has been great! I have plenty to be thankful for and I have absolutely nothing that is really worth moaning about. I have gotten to grips a bit more with this blogging business and I am loving getting back into writing properly which is definitely a good thing. I think along with my usual Friday’s Face pictures, I could start doing a little summary of my week, what do you think? Maybe just to vent about some things or maybe just so I can look back on these pictures and remember little things about what’s happened. Like a little online diary :).
