I normally head to the nail shop with a pretty good idea of what I’m going to get done but this time, I changed my mind so many times! It’s that time of year when everyone is dying for a bit of sun so I wanted a colour that was a bit brighter and more cheerful but then I fancied something lighter and girly but I’ve also been loving turquoises and blues on other people. It took me forever to decided on something! This is what I ended up with:

 

When I got sat down in front of the nail tech, Tasha, I said I wanted a soft pink with silver glitter fading up on each of my ring fingers. My mum had this last month and I thought it looked really pretty! But Tasha showed me a picture of another set of nails she’d done which is similar to these so I thought I’d go for something a bit different and I’m glad I did. The diagonal glitter on my thumb and ring finger is something I’ve not come across before but I can’t believe I’d not thought to do this as it is a really delicate way of adding a bit of sparkle to your nail look. Sometimes, too much glitter can look a little bit tacky in my opinion so I thought this was just enough for me.

I’m not sure what I’ll go with next month but check back to see what I decide on
