Favourite Face Masks

Recently, I have been a bit of a face maskoholic and I find myself constantly on the look out for new face products that I might like to try. Of course being an Avon rep means that I can try out products a bit sooner than everyone else so their products are normally top of my list to try and quite often I find that I love them. As with some of the others, they will obviously be purchases I have made based on other recommendations and just plain impulses.

Out of all the masks I have been trying recently, these are the three that I have been coming back to again and again.

Lush Mask of Magnaminty- I have a full review of this product here which explains everything I love about this mask in detail. Just to summarise though, for an oily skinned girl like myself, this mask is amazing. You don’t need to apply much of it but when it comes off, there is just one word for how your skin will feel afterwards: fresh. It feels like it has gotten rid of all the badness and I also feel like it helps keep my oil at bay for a few days after I’ve used it which I love.

Avon Pore Penetrating Black Mineral Mask- This stuff is incredible. It goes on like a sticky black gel, dries grey but then it shows the areas where oil has been extracted which is what I really love about it. I always really like things that I can see working, to me it makes them worth their money. It dries in around 10/15 minutes after it’s been applied and  it really does feel like it’s pulling all of that unwanted excess oil from my face so I would recommend this to anyone with oily skin.

Avon Bali Bontanica Face Mask- This is one I bought months ago and totally forgot about. A few weeks ago, I found it hidden in my drawer and started using it and it’s such a lovely product that I’m mad at myself for forgetting about it. This product is is fragranced with frangipani and lemongrass so anyone with sensitive skin may want to steer clear of this if your skin isn’t tolerant of fragranced products usually. But this is a great one for most skin types I would say as it doesn’t seem to do much to help or hinder my oily skin but it does make it feel ever so soft after using it.

If you have any recommendations for other face masks you think are worth a try, I would love to hear them!

Thanks for reading!

    Nice post. :)
The Lush mask sounds fab, that’s one thing I’ve never tried from Lush but it looks like maybe I should.
