There is no doubt that French manicure is one of the most beautiful nail arts. It goes perfectly well with almost every outfit. It is the perfect choice for your workplace, or for an important event. But we don’t always have the time and the money to visit a professional nail artist. To do it by yourself, you need to be very patient and to spare some of your time for it. Here are some easy steps to follow, in order to create this beautiful, classy manicure.
Step 1:
The first thing you have to do is to prepare your nails. Remove any nail polish you have, even if it’s clear. Trim them and then with a nail file create the desired shape. Next, use a buffer to buff the top of your nails. The next step is to put your nails into a warm cup of water for not more than three minutes. This will prepare your cuticles and make them softer. After that, by using a cuticle pusher, push your cuticles back, and when you are done, massage them with cuticle oil.
Step 2:
The second thing you have to do is to apply your base coat. You are going to need two coats of it. Once the base coat is dry, it is time to put on nail guides. The next thing you have to do is to paint the tip of your nails with a white nail polish. Once the polish is dry, apply a second coat of it.
Step 3:
Once the second coat of polish is dry, carefully remove the nail guides and apply another top coat. Wait for the top coat to become dry too, and voila, you have the perfect French manicure now!
Of course, if you think that you are a good artist, you can try to create some ornaments and designs of your choice. You can paint flowers or hearts, or whatever you wish. But the classic French manicure is what you did with the steps above. You will never go wrong with this type of nail art. It doesn’t matter if your nails are long or short, it looks beautiful on both types. If you like, you can create the same thing but in another color. You can turn the French manicure black, red, or pink, whatever you choose. Just use your imagination and create beautiful designs. You will be surprised how developed your imagination is!
